We serve customers from Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, Olney, Wolverton, Sherington, Moulsoe, Chicheley, North Crawley, Stoke Goldington, Broughton and Willen. Some services operate at particular times, so please ask at the counter or call ahead if you are making a special trip.

Post & parcels

Royal Mail and Parcelforce are sold at every Post Office counter. This branch also carries the couriers listed below.

Royal Mail UK services

First and Second Class post, Signed For and Special Delivery Guaranteed. Bring the item in and we will price the sensible options side by side.

Royal Mail international services

Post to destinations worldwide, including help completing the customs declaration and a check on anything that cannot be sent to that country.

Parcelforce Worldwide

Express and international courier services for heavier and larger parcels, including Express 48 Large.

Drop & Go

A prepaid account for people who post regularly. Prepare items at home, drop the batch at the counter and go — we process them and send your receipt. Popular with online sellers and small businesses.

DPD — buy in branch

Buy DPD postage at the counter, with next-day and timed delivery options.

DPD — drop-off and returns

Hand over pre-labelled DPD parcels and retailer returns, and collect items held for you.

Evri — buy in branch

Buy Evri postage at the counter, usually the cheaper option for smaller, non-urgent parcels.

Evri — drop-off and returns

Drop off pre-labelled Evri parcels and online shopping returns.

Everyday banking

Counter banking for most UK banks and building societies.

Cash withdrawals

Withdraw cash from a personal or business account using your usual bank card. Available to customers of most UK banks and building societies.

Cash deposits

Pay cash into a participating bank account at the counter. Used regularly by sole traders, clubs and small businesses that take cash and want it banked locally.

Cheque deposits

Deposit cheques into a participating account, with a receipt for your records.

Bills & payments

Household payments handled in person.

Bill payments and top-ups

Pay household and utility bills by cash or card, including payment cards and barcoded bills, plus mobile and energy top-ups.

Passport applications

Applications get rejected for small, avoidable things. These services exist to catch them first.

Paper Check & Send — new and renewals

For the traditional printed application form. We check the completed form and your supporting documents before it is posted, so a small error does not cost you weeks.

Digital Check & Send — new and renewals

We review your details and documents with you, then submit the application digitally. Usually the faster of the two routes.

Verification and certification for organisations that need a third party to confirm who you are.

Document certification

Certified copies of important documents where an organisation has asked for a copy rather than the original. Commonly needed for financial applications, legal matters and professional registration.

In-branch verification

Face-to-face identity and document verification where an organisation requires you to attend in person. Done locally, so there is no trip to a city-centre office.

Driving & licensing

DVLA photocard renewal

Renew an expiring photocard driving licence at the counter, including having the photograph taken.

Vehicle tax

Tax your vehicle in branch. Bring your V11 reminder or V5C logbook, and MOT details where required.

Licence applications

SIA licence application

Identity and document requirements for Security Industry Authority licence applications, completed in person as part of the application.

Foreign currency

Travel money available over the counter, with less common currencies available to order. Call ahead if you need a specific amount or currency so we can have it ready.

Travel insurance

Post Office travel insurance can be arranged in branch, including single-trip and annual cover.

Travel Money Card

A prepaid card you load before you travel and spend from abroad. The rate is fixed at the point you load it, so you are not carrying large amounts of cash.

Money transfer & savings

Sending money overseas and opening savings accounts.

Western Union

Send money internationally to a wide range of destinations. Bring photo ID and the recipient's full name exactly as it appears on their own identification.

MoneyGram

An alternative international transfer network, useful where Western Union collection points are limited in the destination country. Bring photo ID and the recipient's full name as it appears on their own identification.

Savings application forms

Application forms for Post Office savings products, with help completing them at the counter.

Savings account ID verification

The identity check some savings applications require before an account can be opened. Free of charge.
